Account Deletion Policy
If you wish to delete your account and personal data, you may submit a request at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- If you are logged in to the Duks Maps app, go to your profile and select “Delete My Account.”
- Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@duksmaps.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request.”
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and its content (places, reviews, advertisements) are immediately deactivated and hidden from other users.
- For 30 days after your request, your account remains recoverable: simply log back in during this period to automatically cancel the deletion and restore your account.
- If you do not log back in within 30 days, your account and all associated personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- Certain records (such as reports filed against your content for policy violations) may be retained beyond this period where necessary for moderation, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
